Despite my attempts to regain my momentum, the speed and achievements I usually expect from myself feel just beyond my grasp. To make matters worse, I find myself indulging in daily movie marathons while lamenting about my lack of time.

My Ideal Morning Routine
To realign my focus, my goal is to begin my day leisurely, incorporating meditation, journaling, reading, and exercising. Following this, I make it a point to call my mom—a non-negotiable aspect of my mornings. Afterward, I dedicate time to preparing three meals, nearly every day.
When I kick off my day positively, I feel invincible. My productivity soars, and I experience profound satisfaction. Conversely, if my morning starts on a sour note, I may still manage to check off a few tasks, but I lose that gratifying feeling of accomplishment.

Everyone has unique morning rituals that help set a constructive tone for the day. For some, it might be a vigorous workout; for others, a soothing cup of chai or a serene morning stroll. Whatever your preference, it's crucial to prioritize it. Personally, I flourish with a relaxed morning routine that avoids any sense of urgency.

Taking on the 5 AM Challenge
In the past, I've attempted to rise early, but once the weekend arrives, social outings or simply unwinding at home disrupt my progress. After one late night, I tend to grant myself the luxury of sleeping in, leading to another day, and then another. By the time Monday rolls around, my early rising habit is entirely abandoned.
So, I've resolved to embark on the challenge of waking up at 5 AM every day for 30 days, documenting the experience through blogging. I plan to share my successes and setbacks, detailing what I accomplished and what I didn't, along with my energy levels—creating a comprehensive 30-day 5 AM journal.
