  3. Distill: After organizing your notes, focus on distillation—reviewing and summarizing your notes. This step involves condensing your findings into concise, manageable formats and highlighting the most important points.
  4. Express: Finally, put your accumulated knowledge into action. This could involve creating something new, such as a blog post, presentation, or project plan. Applying what you've learned is essential to completing the cycle of understanding and implementation.
