You could consider putting a stake on the line. I once challenged my husband to support my accountability by promising to pay me a set amount if he failed to create a YouTube video by a certain date. This commitment helped him grow his channel from 1,000 to over 10,000 subscribers in just a year, while I wrote over 650 articles on Medium during the same period.
